These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply between you (“the Customer”) and Scoutbridge, a sole proprietorship (“Scoutbridge”), regarding the purchase of scouting and player-promotion services.
Scoutbridge provides digital scouting and player-promotion services as described on our website, including but not limited to:
Basic Package – Upload of the customer’s highlight video and professionally written scouting description.
Advanced – Basic Package plus the creation of a professional highlight video using customer-provided match footage.
Premium/Exclusive Services – Customized services based on a tailored offer.
The scope of each service is clearly stated at the time of purchase.
Prices are listed on our website and currently include:
Basic Package – SEK 499
Basic + Add-Ons – SEK 959
Custom offers – Price according to agreement
Prices include applicable taxes. Scoutbridge reserves the right to adjust prices, but this does not affect confirmed orders.
Scoutbridge accepts:
✔ PayPal
✔ Klarna (if activated)
✔ Debit/credit cards via these platforms
✔ Swish
By completing a payment, you agree to these Terms.
Services begin once:
The payment has been completed, and
The Customer has submitted all required material (e.g., match videos, player information).
Delivery is normally completed within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise stated or in cases of high demand.
Delivery is digital and may occur through:
Download links
Shared folders
Other digital channels depending on the service
Under EU consumer law (Distance Selling Regulations), customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal, unless the service has already begun.
Once the service has started (e.g., editing a video or writing scouting content), the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
Refunds are issued within 14 days from the date Scoutbridge receives your withdrawal request, as long as the service has not started.
If you believe the service has been performed incorrectly, you must notify Scoutbridge within a reasonable time.
In the case of an approved complaint, Scoutbridge will:
Correct the issue,
Redeliver the service, or
Offer a reasonable price reduction.
If a resolution cannot be reached, consumers may contact a dispute resolution body such as the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
Scoutbridge provides scouting and promotional services but cannot guarantee player contracts, trials, or athletic outcomes.
Scoutbridge is not responsible for:
Decisions made by the Customer,
Future performance,
Indirect or consequential damages.
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the purchased service.
These Terms are governed by Swedish law.
Any disputes shall be resolved in a Swedish court or through the consumer dispute body (ARN) for eligible customers.
Scoutbridge may update these Terms at any time. New terms apply only to future purchases.
